Event Details
We'll start with a short meditation and journaling portion which will help hold space for the rest of the evening... (everything will be provided!)
This class will be a mixed-level Vinyasa lead by both Jonathan and Jordyn! You can expect plenty of graceful transitions, long holds, and intentional movement.
