So pack up your family, bring a chair or blanket to relax on as you enjoy the park, and be dazzled by a sky full of color. Parking is limited at the Sports Complex. Extra parking and a free shuttle bus service will be available at City Hall, 2345 Providen
Event Details
Celebrate America’s Independence Day at the City of Deltona’s 15th Annual Fireworks Extravaganza. Our event will feature music, games, contests, bounce houses, food vendors and a dazzling fireworks display. The Fireworks Extravaganza begins at 6 p.m.on July 4 at the Dewey O. Boster Sports Complex, 1200 Saxon Blvd.
There’s tons of family fun at Extravaganza with kids games, coloring, face painting, a caricature artist, bounce houses, and vendors. Make sure to bring your appetite. Adults may enter our old-fashioned pie-eating contest and children our watermelon-eating contest. Then2Now will perform traditional American favorites from 6-9 p.m. As the sun goes down, watch the sky over Deltona light up with the City’s spectacular fireworks show beginning at approximately 9:15 p.m.
The Shuttle will run from 5:30 to 8:45 p.m. and then from 9:45 to 10:45 p.m. with the last bus leaving the Sports Complex at 10:45 p.m. Parking is always free.
