CARD staff will describe the characteristics of autism, how it is diagnosed, and the range of autism spectrum disorders under the PDD umbrella. We will provide a clearer understanding of the CARD program and services. The workshop will also cover the history of CARD, what services CARD can provide, services CARD cannot provide and how CARD can impact the life of your child at home, school, and in the community. A good introduction for those new to diagnosis or those involved in their education. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide childcare at this training.
