Hilton Craft Beer & Wine Fest

Learn the science behind the perfect drink with interactive mixology and sommelier sessions or inspire your inner chef with expert cooking demonstrations. Wine & Beer Festival has something to offer everyone, from live entertainment with local bands and entertainment and education seminars to unlimited wine, beer and liquor samples and even specialty coffee and tea stations.

Attendees are encouraged to bring their appetites — carving, dessert and chocolatiers stations will provide sweet and savory chef-inspired selections. From short ribs, pasta and seafood to an assortment of cheeses, chocolates and even a banana foster flambe station, there will be plenty of food and beverage pairings to satisfy any palate.

Local sponsors such as SR Perrott, Southern Beverages, and Daytona Beverages will take over Doc Bales’ Patio and the Oceanview Room to give Daytona a taste of the world’s best wines and the area’s most outstanding craft breweries, including Central 28, Tomoka Brewery and the Daytona Beach Brewing Company.

Tickets are $45 per person (including unlimited tastings of food and drinks), and can be purchased at the door
