At CrossFit 386 our primary goal is to enhance each athlete's competency at a wide variety of physical tasks; however, it is the strong sense of community that brings our program to life. Partner and team workouts create a friendly sense of competition that helps members establish relationships with one another in the gym. These relationships are further strengthened by regularly scheduled group outings and community outreach.
