Chef Rj is known to his passion in Culinary world. he started cooking since he was 10yrs old. growing up in Philippines watching his grandparents cook gave him so much interest in cooking. 1996 when he first started working as a cook in California and continued his journey in Florida and became one of the best Filipino chef. He always enjoy learning new recipe, cooking techniques everyday. He also learned from the best chef when he went to school in Pinellas Technical College. He opened a Filipino store in Daytona Beach to cater the needs of the Filipino community in Volusia county. Chef Rj and his wife also cooked authentic Filipino food.While chef Rj’s mother makes the best Lumpia and Flan.
