Owner of her own self-titled salon Elena Costa A Lux Salon along with husband Costa has been both a labor of love and passion, a reflection of her personal style providing a hip, high-end salon experience that is truly one-of-a-kind New Mexico native moved to Florida at a young age of 18. After attending beauty school she went on to a corporate salon where she built up a loyal clientele. After being in the industry for 10+ years she went on to teach up and coming artists to the salon in advanced color , cutting, and bridal techniques.. Elena has taken the techniques she developed throughout the years and built upon that early experience. Constantly taking advanced courses from world renowned stylists . She has trained in advanced courses with some of the best in the business which includes Sharon Blain , Antoinette Beenders, Jonathon Antin to Bridal expert Lizzie Liros to name a few. Known for her innovative artistry and ability to create any image her clients desire, she is rapidly becoming one of the areas most requested hair and makeup artists in central, Florida. From editorials, and film she finds herself happiest in the salon and on location .
