It is so hard to believe that it is time for our annual fundraising gala! Alpha Women’s Center will “Celebrate” the lives of babies that God has saved through the work of our pregnancy resources center on Saturday, September 28, 2019. The theme of this year’s gala is “IN THIS FOR LIFE!”
This year’s theme has a dual purpose. We are celebrating how God has blessed Alpha Women’s Center to offer free pregnancy resources and services to moms, dads, and families in Flagler County facing an unplanned or crisis pregnancy for twenty years. We are also celebrating our mission to provide hope, healing and education as an alternative to abortion. Alpha Women’s Center is “IN THIS FOR LIFE!”
A servant’s heart is vital to our relationship with one another. God has given each of us unique gifts and talents and He uses each of us to implement His will. We are contacting you to ask for your support of our 2019 “IN THIS FOR LIFE” GALA to be held at the recently renovated PALM COAST COMMUNITY CENTER. Our speaker will be Dr. John Littell. He is the Author of “The Hidden Truth: Deception in Women’s Healthcare”, a Board Certified Family Physician for over twenty five years and the new Medical Director for Alpha Women’s Center. Dr. Littell is a passionate Pro-Life Speaker that will inspire all who attend!
Why should you attend this year's gala? Our prayer is that you will attend our event so that the financial needs will be met and we can continue to expand our free services. Your donation at any level will help pay for gala expenses in advance and ensure that all funds raised on the evening of the gala will go directly to serve Alpha Women’s Center clients and to support our new onsite ultrasound services for abortion vulnerable moms. Our ultrasound services are scheduled to start in October 2019.
Last year, Alpha experienced over 750 client visits that included serving 150 new clients with no prior visit. We provided over 500 parenting classes with over 350 client visits to our boutique for free baby items. Baby items include diapers, wipes, infant car seats, baby food, clothes and other important items for their baby.
