And her nephew Kevin Holbrook, a California-based builder of custom electric guitars and amps, have combined their talents to create a one-of-a-kind art guitar.The guitar will be featured and demoed during the "5 X 5" reception and art show from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, May 5th at Frame of Mind, 23 West Granada Blvd., Ormond Beach, Florida.The event will include a guitarist performing on the custom six-string amid a backdrop of Rachel’s paintings. and a meet-and-greet with Rachel, Kevin and sitarist Rick de Yampert.One of Kevin's amp creations was recently featured in Vintage Guitar magazine. Kevin's clients include former Tesla guitarist Tommy Skeoch.The “5 X 5/Loud & Clear show will run throughout May.
