The annual Thanksgiving Beach Yoga Class is back! This year we have a sponsor for our class.

Start your day with Ocean inspired Slow Flow led by Michele Benton @ 9:00 am on Thanksgiving Day.
Start the holiday off with yoga looking at the ocean.

Free Parking 4201 S Atlantic Ave. , side road next to Hacienda Del Sol II Condos. (across from Dollar General Plaza)
Bring a blanket (works better than a mat in the sand ) and enjoy some awesome beach yoga

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 6 pm
Special holiday classes TBD
