Holly Hill's first craft brewery @ The Market. Craft beer inspired by the Sunshine state. The Red Pig is a craft-focused establishment in Ormond Beach, FL. Owner Robert "Red" Carson is an experienced brewer, pitmaster and connoisseur of all things craft. The name comes from The Red Pig Grill, a BBQ restaurant that Red's grandfather owned and operated in Daytona Beach in the 1940's.
