Event Details

Jimmie Allen has already made history as the first black artist to launch a career with two consecutive No. 1 hits on country radio. His first hit was his debut single, “Best Shot,” which claimed the No. 1 spot for three weeks. His second hit is his single “Make Me Want To” from his debut album, “Mercury Lane,” which was released fall 2018. Allen’s most recent single, “This Is Us,” features Noah Cyrus, and marks Allen’s fastest consuming single, with more than 30 million streams to date. His latest project, “Bettie James,” was released in July 2020, and is a star-studded collaboration featuring Brad Paisley, Charley Pride, Darius Rucker, Mickey Guyton, Nelly, Cyrus, The Oak Ridge Boys, Rita Wilson, Tauren Wells and Tim McGraw.

A native of Center Ridge, Arkansas, and a 6’7” former collegiate basketball standout, Matt Stell’s powerfully romantic single, “Prayed for You,” has racked up more than 45 million digital streams. His latest hit, “Everywhere But On,” is also quickly climbing the charts. The Nashville recording project he’s been working toward for years is out, and he’s made his Grand Ole Opry debut. Tapping a diverse love of artists whose songs read like stories, including Randy Travis, Bonnie Raitt and the Drive-By Truckers, Stell’s own words began making waves with songs like “Whiskey Baby” and “Small Town Love,” hitting No. 1 on the Texas radio chart for Donahew, and raucous live shows pulling him to Nashville in 2014. Featuring current hits, “Better Than That” and “If I Was A Bar,” continues to establish himself as a “can’t-miss” rising country star.
