Event Details
Our Roaring Twenties Party takes place on Saturday, January 19, 2019.
The “speakeasy” will open at 6:00pm and will include a 1920’s costume contest, Best Female, Best Male and Best Couple with $200 total cash prizes to be awarded to peoples choice.
Wear your dancing shoes and learn a dance form the 1920's from local dance instructor John Kemper.
Make sure you bring bail money in case you are "caught" up in the Raid Reenactment being provided by Sheriff Chitwood and Volusia County Sheriff’s Deputies.
Guests will enjoy a variety of food offerings from local favorite caterers; Abundance Custom Catering, Sonny's BBQ of DeLand, Gourmet Express and Kneading Sweets.
Music from the 1920's, Trivia, Games and Emcee services will be hosted by Dance with me DJ Services.
The silent raffle will be going on throughout the evening with many baskets of fun things just waiting to be carried home. Donations of raffle items are now being accepted.
Beer and Wine will be available in the "speakeasy"
Advance ticket Sales $45.00 per person – includes 2 drink tickets and a game ticket.

All proceeds from the event benefit the historic preservation and educational programs of the Barberville Pioneer Settlement.
For those who cannot attend but want to support the Settlement a “Cameo Appearance” can be purchased for $29 and a 3 foot tall cut-out silhouette with your name of business will adorn the halls at the school. These can also be ordered on-line. https://www.pioneersettlement.org/store
