One of Daytona Beach's longstanding traditions, Bike Week will return on Friday, March 8 for ten days of fast races, fun concerts, wild parties, and more.

Bike Week 2013 will return bigger and better than ever this year with an estimated 500,000 bike fans and travelers expected to descend on Daytona Beach from March 8-17.

These 10 days will be chock full of motorcycle shows, exhibits, concerts and street festivals all throughout Daytona Beach.  In addition, Bike Week 2013 will play host the famous Daytona 200 championship motorcycle race featuring some of the world's greatest sport bike racers.

The 2013 Daytona 200 will take place on Saturday, March 16 at the famed Daytona International Speedway with a huge assortment of things to see on and off the track.  Beginning on Saturday, March 9, Daytona International Speedway will feature motorcycle demo rides from a handful of leading manufacturers including Harley Davidson, K&G Cycles, Indian Motorcycles, and many more as well as the Hooters Bikini Contest on March 16 and a huge motorcycle marketplace open all week long.

One Bike Week 2013 event you won't want to miss is the 2013 Bike Week Treasure Hunt where participants move to get their passports stamped at seven different bike week locations throughout Daytona Beach.

Other great Bike Week events include the 2nd Annual To Hell With Daytona Old School Hot Rod & Chopper Show at Junkyard Saloon featuring live music from Southern Fried Genocide, Firewater Tent Revival, The Horrible Hound Dogs, The Woolly Bushman, and Lone Wolf on Sunday, March 10; the Old School Chopper show at Willie's Tropical Tattoo with barbecue, bands, and more; and the Chopin' Block Ride-In Bike Show at The Broken Spoke Saloon.
