Honest and do the very best work. Very educated in their trade. They were also very flexible in their pricing.

Stay late(7pm) working.

Having a written report from a horticuluturalist to present to my pest control company that takes care of my lawn, made it easy to show them that I have other resources.
Pros:
Honesty from the owners when other companies just tell me what I want to hear.
